Royalton Antigua Bungalows
The Over-The-Water Bungalows Royalton Antigua project involved the turnkey construction (excluding FF&E) of six luxurious 220 m2 overwater bungalows on the picturesque island of Antigua and Barbuda.
Blue Diamond Resorts, a renowned hotel group, aimed to introduce its premium all-inclusive resort brand, Royalton, in Antigua and Barbuda. The goal was to provide guests with a unique and unparalleled luxury experience.
The execution of this project posed significant challenges due to the island’s limited resources in terms of construction materials and skilled labor. However, Crystal Marine, the chosen contractor, meticulously planned the project, ensuring compliance with all environmental regulations and meeting the client’s strict timeline. The end result exceeded the client’s expectations in terms of product quality.
The remarkable commercial success of the Over-The-Water Bungalows Royalton Antigua project led Blue Diamond Resorts to contract Crystal Marine for two additional over-water bungalow projects at other resorts.
